How Do I Get Started

Quitting tobacco is a process. Whether you are thinking about quitting, are not yet ready to quit, or have already quit, Ohio Tobacco Quit Line can help you with each step of the way.

The Program

The QuitLogix program is a free service available to eligible members 18 years of age and over.  When you enroll in the program, you get special tools, a support team of coaches, and research-based information.  If you are interested in receiving free nicotine patches you will speak with a Tobacco Cessation Specialist who will ask you a few medical questions and order the patches which are shipped directly to your home.  Our expert coaches will talk to you about how to use the patch, prepare for your quit, and overcoming initial barriers.
